Oversea Products American Consumers Like to Buy

According to statistics, 35% of the global consumers will be on shopping in other countries, Among them, 67 percent of cross-border buyers said the lower prices of foreign products were the main reason for their cross-border shopping.

54% of buyers in the United States buy goods from foreign countries.

There are three reasons:

1. Some oversea products are always cheap.

2. For buying some products which the local place does not have.

3. To find unique products which can not be found in America.

Two barriers for cross-border shopping:

•  Expensive cost on shipment.
•  Long shipping time.

American consumers often mostly buy products from other countries: clothing and accessories (31%), books, media products and electronic games (22%), computer hardware or software (16%), toys (15%), beauty products (14%).
